Bob Hagan


Dr. Hagan holds a Ph.D. in Food Science, MS in Nutritional Science and a BS in Molecular Genetics all from the University of Illinois. Most recently he led global R&D for the Gum & Candy division at Mondelez. Bob has also worked for Kraft, Cadbury, Warner-Lambert and Quaker Oats. Bob is an expert in “end to end” Product Development, Process Engineering, Productivity, Basic Sciences, New Technology Development, Consumer Science, Packaging Development and Regulatory Affairs.
